Squamish made the New York Times places to go in 2015. Located an hour’s drive north of Vancouver, BC. It is fast becoming known as the Outdoor Recreation Capital of Canada. It's most recent attraction, the Sky Gondola, located in the Stawamus Chief Provincial Park, allows visitors to reach 850 meters up the mountain, avoiding the hike. Long Beach Tofino, British Columbia

Gros Morne offers 227 drive-in and 8 walk-in campsites and five Parks Canada campgrounds. All campsites are unserviced (i.e. do not have electrical hook-ups).
